Terms & Conditions
The terms that apply when you use our website or enrol on a Regeneration course.
Last updated: 8 July 2026On this page
1. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Regeneration website at regeneration.ie (the “Site”) and your enrolment on any Regeneration course, programme or event. By using the Site or enrolling on a course, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Site or enrol.
2. Definitions
- “Regeneration”, “we”, “us”, “our” means Regeneration Sustainable Project Management Limited (Company No. 816873), 51 Bracken Road, Sandyford Business Park, Dublin 18, D18 CV48, Ireland.
- “Course” means any programme, cohort, workshop or event delivered by Regeneration, including the Certified Sustainable Project Management Course (CSPP™) and its RPL track.
- “You”, “User” means anyone using the Site or enrolling on a Course.
3. Using our website
You may use the Site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to misuse the Site, attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, or interfere with its normal operation. We may suspend or restrict access to the Site at any time, for maintenance, security or any other reason.
4. Course enrolment & fees
Course places are confirmed on receipt of either full payment or the published deposit. Where a deposit option is offered, the deposit is credited in full towards your total tuition fee, with the remaining balance due ahead of the course start date as communicated at the time of booking.
Founding cohort pricing and any other promotional pricing applies only to the specific intake advertised and is not transferable to future cohorts.
We reserve the right to reschedule, combine or cancel a cohort where minimum numbers aren’t met, or where circumstances beyond our reasonable control require it. Where we cancel a cohort outright, you’ll receive a full refund or the option to transfer to the next available cohort.
5. Payment terms
Fees are quoted in euro (€) and are payable by the methods offered at checkout. Payment processing is handled by our third-party payment and registration providers; we do not store your card details. Any bank or processing fees incurred on your side are your responsibility.
6. Cancellations & refunds
Our full cancellation and refund terms, including your statutory cooling-off rights under EU consumer law, are set out in our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
7. Intellectual property
All course materials, templates, frameworks, recordings and content provided as part of a Regeneration course remain the intellectual property of Regeneration (or our licensors). You may use them for your own personal learning and professional practice, but you may not resell, redistribute, or publish them without our written permission.
8. Code of conduct
We ask all learners, mentors and partners to engage respectfully and in good faith — with each other, with non-profit partners in the Pro Bono Lab, and with the wider Regeneration community. We reserve the right to remove any participant from a course or the Pro Bono Lab, without refund, in cases of serious misconduct, harassment, or breach of a partner organisation’s trust.
9. Liability
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited or excluded under Irish law, including for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence. Subject to that, our total liability to you arising out of your use of the Site or a Course is limited to the amount you’ve paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, and the Irish courts have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections available to you in your country of residence.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will apply from the date they’re published on this page. If you’re already enrolled on a course, the terms that applied when you enrolled will continue to apply to that course.
