One Evening. Three Key Stages.
Every attendee receives an official Continuing Professional Development (CPD) certificate following the conclusion of the evening, verifying 1.5 structured learning hours. Regeneration is a CPD Approved Provider, #790320, with The CPD Group.

Our project professionals stand alongside their non-profit partners to pull back the curtain on real-world delivery. We skip the vague overviews and dive straight into operational insights, tracing exactly how the project progressed across four distinct pillars:

Three Ways a Project Takes the Stage
Every presentation is grounded in real work. Presenters choose the format that matches where their project stands:
A live non-profit project taken through to delivery: the tools, the timeline, the measured impact and the lessons behind each decision.
A project presented at the stage it has reached: the business case, the P5 Impact Analysis, initiation or planning, showing how the frameworks shape real decisions before delivery begins.
A project the presenter managed in the past, rebuilt through what they have learned: what was done then, what they would do differently now, and what that changes.
The Collaborative Strategy Lab
You will not sit passively in the audience. During this segment, the room transitions into a live, collaborative working space. Our facilitators present an active operational or sustainability challenge to the room, inviting you to debate execution strategies with your peers, stress-test solutions, and vote on the best path forward.
The Impact & Recognition Ceremony
The final segment is dedicated to celebrating visible progress. We officially recognise our project cohorts and non-profit partners for their co-created outcomes. The evening concludes with networking, peer discussions, and the distribution of verified CPD attendance certificates to all registered professionals.
