Our Mission

Talent Is Everywhere. Proof Isn’t.

Regeneration — School of Sustainable Projects exists to turn Ireland’s unrecognised project talent into certified, sustainable project leaders — through real training, real non-profit projects, and a public stage to prove it.

The Mission

Turn the people already doing the work into the leaders everyone can see.

Across Ireland, capable people run projects every day with nothing on paper to show for it — while non-profits sit on important work they lack the hands to finish. Our mission closes both gaps in one motion: train the doers to an international standard, place them on live non-profit projects, and put the results on a public stage.

In Practice

Three promises, one motion

To the doers

You leave with the CSPP™ credential, verified project hours and a Showcase stage — recognition that finally matches what you already do.

No more invisible talent.

To non-profits

Every cohort delivers real project work for organisations that need it, at no cost to them — planned, run and finished to a professional standard.

No more stalled good work.

To the profession

Every project runs on the standard we teach — sustainable across people, planet and prosperity, from first plan to final handover.

No more progress that degenerates.
Hold Us To It

A mission you can count

We measure this mission in four numbers: credentials earned, verified hours delivered to non-profits, projects finished that would otherwise have stalled, and leaders who have taken the Showcase stage.

0Credentials earned
0Hours delivered
0Projects finished
0Leaders on stage

These numbers are zeros today. That is what founding means. The first cohorts begin in August 2026 — the counters move from there, and we will publish them here as they do.

A mission needs doers.
