THE GAP

You mastered the standard. The standard moved.

As an established project practitioner, you already know how to manage a critical path, negotiate resource constraints, and balance a budget. Yet today’s enterprise initiatives demand a new tier of expertise:

⚠

The Regulatory Wave

Boards now answer for environmental compliance, circular economy metrics and carbon tracking. The project manager who can plan for them becomes the one the room turns to.

↻

The AI Shift

Risk analysis and resource tracking are being rebuilt around AI. This course puts those tools in your hands, with your judgement still in charge.

You do not need to re-learn the basics. You need a fast, dense update on the P5 Sustainability Standard, AI-era delivery and live human impact: then the credential that says you have it.

ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS

Who is this specific track designed for?

This track is for people who already run projects. It is designed for Project Managers, Programme Directors, Agile Coaches, Scrum Masters, and PMO Leads who already hold a verified foundation in project coordination or possess a traditional industry credential (such as PMP® or PRINCE2®).

We bypass entry-level theoretical lecturing and project definitions. Because you already hold verified project management fundamentals, every hour of this course goes straight into the sustainability and AI curriculum — the same depth of new material as our CSPP™ track, without re-teaching skills you already have.

OUR METHOD

The classroom runs like a working project room. You sit with fellow senior practitioners and work live governance and delivery scenarios in real time, the way you would at work, with sharper tools.

Inside the Classroom: The 2-Day Visual Breakdown

Aligned with the Certified Sustainable Project Professional (CSPP™) Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) route, backed by the global alliance of GPM and the Project Management Institute (PMI®). Your enrolment fee includes your official voucher for the external certification exam, administered globally through Pearson VUE. Each core training day consists of 6 contact hours, totalling 12 intensive classroom instruction hours to perfectly satisfy global exam eligibility metrics.

Day 1: Advanced Sustainability Architecture & Corporate Governance

📚 Morning

Move past basic compliance. Unpack the global GPM-PMI ecosystem and learn to design, weight, and defend sustainable business cases to boards using circular economy models and ESG benchmarks.

🛠️ Afternoon

Governance Workshop: Running a live P5™ Impact Analysis (P5IA) and building Sustainability Management Plans with measures attached.

Day 2: Ethical Supply Chains, AI Optimisation & Leadership

📚 Morning

Navigate complex scope 3 emissions, ethical procurement, contract terms, and predictive AI metrics to redefine project success criteria.

🛠️ Afternoon

Crisis Simulation: Crashing a highly constrained project timeline using AI scheduling variables while resolving complex cross-team friction.

Frequently Asked Questions

How does the fast-track curriculum differ from the full CSPP™ course?+
We skip the basic definitions of project elements. The fast-track assumes you already know how to build standard timelines and scopes. This isn’t a shortened version of the CSPP™ course — it’s scoped differently: since you don’t need project management fundamentals, we spend 100% of our 2 intensive days on corporate governance, ESG alignment, scope 3 carbon supply chains, predictive AI tool integration, and enterprise-level risk tracking.
What evidence do I need for the RPL route?+
A copy of your existing certification, such as PRINCE2 Practitioner, APM PMQ or PMP, is sufficient. A short CV or your LinkedIn profile is welcome, though not required. It helps shape the two days around your experience.
Is the official GPM exam voucher included in the fee?+
Yes. Your enrolment fee covers the cost of your official global exam voucher. The evaluation is administered externally through Pearson VUE, giving you full flexibility to book your testing window around your professional calendar.
What are the specific operational details and structure of the RPL exam day?+
As an experienced practitioner, your verified prior background unlocks the streamlined Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) exam path. Rather than the standard full-length evaluation, you will sit a focused, high-density exam consisting of 100 multiple-choice questions with a strict 2-hour (120-minute) time limit. The testing environment is administered securely worldwide through Pearson VUE and targets advanced sustainability applications and P5 metrics.
How long is my exam voucher valid for, and what is the retake policy?+
Your official exam voucher is valid for a full one year (12 months) starting from the final day of your active training cohort. If you do not pass on your first attempt, a retake can be arranged directly at the standard exam fee.
I’m based outside Ireland. Can I join?+
Yes. Training days run live online, and the CSPP™ exam is administered worldwide through Pearson VUE, so you sit it wherever you are. The Pro Bono Lab is coordinated online as well. No part of the programme depends on living in Ireland.
How do the pro bono project hours work for senior practitioners?+
Instead of entry-level tasks, you are placed as a high-tier strategic advisor or project director for an initiative through our launch partner, Siel Bleu Ireland. You take a live project through to delivery. The hours sit outside your usual sector, they are documented, and they are yours to show.
When does the Pro Bono Lab start, and can I take part online?+
Your Lab placement opens as soon as your training days finish, scheduled with the partner organisation around your availability. Projects run through scheduled calls and shared documentation, so joining from outside Dublin works well.
Do I need to pass the exam before starting the Pro Bono Lab?+
No. The Lab is the applied phase of the programme, where the training meets a live project. You can take it before, alongside or after your exam, whichever suits your plans.
Can I join the Showcase if I can’t travel?+
Yes. The Showcase takes place in Ireland, with online participation for anyone attending or presenting from further away.
Do I need a finished project to present at the Showcase?+
No. You can present your Pro Bono Lab project at whatever stage it has reached: the business case, the P5 Impact Analysis, initiation or planning. You can also present a project you managed in the past, rebuilt through what you have learned on the course.
What is the refund and change-of-mind policy?+
To keep the structure fair, our refund structure operates on a clear timeline: Standard Windows: A full 100% refund is permitted within 14 days of your initial enrolment. Late-Enrolment Security: If you enrol within 14 days of the course starting, you can still request a full refund up to 7 days before the scheduled start date. No refunds are issued within the final 7 days leading up to day one.
Can I shift or reschedule my cohort dates due to sudden work demands?+
Yes. We respect real-world corporate demands. You can reschedule your cohort date to a later open cohort, provided you submit a request via email at least 48 hours prior to the start of day one.
