Sustainable project management certification in practice
James Gardiner held PRINCE2® Practitioner and APM PMQ, with a background in carbon accounting and tender consulting, and no credential that recorded his sustainability competence. He completed the CSPP™ RPL Fast-Track in two days and now holds the certification. His Pro Bono Lab project is presented at the Project Showcase on 21 November 2026.

Project results are usually recorded in reports that few people read. At the Showcase, practitioners present completed Pro Bono Lab projects alongside their sponsors, to employers, partners and peers. The Lab is optional; the Showcase is open to every learner, and from 2027 it runs quarterly.

Lean Six Sigma
Lean Six Sigma training for sustainable process improvement
A fault that recurs every month and is corrected by hand each time, by the one person who knows how, is a process gap. Few of the people who correct it hold anything on paper that says they could remove it.
Lean Six Sigma provides a structured method for identifying the cause, removing the waste and measuring the gain. Regeneration offers three Belts, delivered online at your own pace, within a school built on sustainable delivery.
White Belt

Six modules covering the language and first tools of Lean Six Sigma, with a template pack and a mock examination.
Yellow Belt

Ten modules on applying the core improvement tools: waste, 5S, Pareto analysis, 5 Whys, SIPOC and DMAIC.

What is the CSPP™ certification?
The Certified Sustainable Project Professional (CSPP™), formerly GPM-b™, is an international sustainable project management credential backed by GPM and PMI. It certifies that you can plan and deliver projects to the P5™ Standard for sustainability. Regeneration is a GPM Accredited Training Partner delivering CSPP™ training from Dublin, online and in person. Explore the certification course.
Who are the courses for?
Two routes, one credential. The CSPP™ Certification Course is for coordinators, career-changers and unofficial project managers turning real experience into a recognised credential. The CSPP™ RPL Fast-Track is for certified project managers (PMP®, PRINCE2® or IPMA) adding sustainability in two days.
How much does CSPP™ certification cost?
From €547 for the RPL Fast-Track and €647 for the Certification Course at the PMI member rate, with the official GPM exam voucher, the Exam Readiness Bundle, a Showcase seat and the option of a Pro Bono Lab placement included. A €147 deposit reserves your place. See rates and apply.
Can I join from outside Ireland?
Yes. Training runs live online, the exam is administered worldwide through Pearson VUE, and the Pro Bono Lab is coordinated online. No part of the programme depends on living in Ireland.
What does a project manager earn in Ireland?
Published 2026 Irish salary guides place mid-level project managers at €55,000 to €75,000, with certified practitioners running 15 to 25% ahead of uncertified peers at the same experience level. Senior roles reach €95,000. The certification exists to move you up that table.
Does Regeneration teach Lean Six Sigma?
Yes. Three online, self-paced Belts: White (no charge), Yellow (€247) and Green (€447, Yellow included). Lean Six Sigma is taught here as sustainability at the process level: less scrap, rework and energy lost to defects. Each Belt includes an exam voucher for the Council for Six Sigma Certification. Can you train our whole team?
Yes. In-house programmes run online or at your site for teams and governing bodies: the CSPP™ course for project teams that need one shared way of running work, and Green Belt group training for manufacturing, operations and service teams. Take the readiness check or request a team proposal.
What makes Regeneration different from exam-only providers?
Every seat includes live, accredited sustainability training and the official examination voucher. Every learner may also take an optional Pro Bono Lab placement: a real non-profit project with a partner such as Siel Bleu Ireland, with documented delivery hours and a presentation at the Project Showcase. The placement is not mandatory. It is recommended for learners who want project hours on record, and it is where proof on paper becomes proof in public.
