Do I need formal project management experience to join?
No. This programme is explicitly structured for two types of people: professionals who are already coordinating tasks without an official title, and career-changers with zero project background who have a strong desire to enter the field. We do not expect you to arrive with deep methodology expertise. Our training is built to draw out your existing life and work experience once you are in the classroom, translating your natural skills into structured project management capability.

Inside the Classroom: The 4-Day Visual Breakdown
Aligned with the international CSPP™ certification standard, now backed by the official global alliance between GPM and the Project Management Institute (PMI®). Your enrolment fee includes your official voucher for the external GPM certification exam, administered globally through Pearson VUE. Each core training day consists of 6.25 contact hours, totalling 25 classroom instruction hours (exceeding the global standard requirement by including the official 20-hour GPM syllabus plus 5 exclusive hours of live, practical peer simulations).

2. The P5 Standard & Impact Analysis

Project Workshop: Conducting a live P5 Impact Analysis (P5IA) and building a Sustainability Management Plan with measures attached.
3. Responsible Supply Chains & Risk Mitigation
Master ethical procurement, contract terms, and stakeholder matrices. Learn to define project success criteria far beyond basic timelines.
Risk Lab: Stress-testing supply chains, setting the criteria you would score a contract against, and running live risk identification and response plans.
