THE REALITY CHECK

You are already doing the work. You just aren’t getting the credit.

Every single day, you manage timelines, fix broken processes, chase updates, and keep critical initiatives moving forward. You are already doing project management work. What is missing is the formal title, the structure, and the salary to match. The obstacle isn’t your capability. It is your CV:

The Invisible Wall

You get passed over for official leadership roles because your background lacks accredited credentials and verified, live project hours. You are invaluable to your current team, yet invisible on paper to prospective employers.

The Outdated Standard

Traditional project management ignores modern realities like environmental compliance, social governance, and AI integration. Relying on outdated methods keeps your career stuck behind the scenes.

To step into a verified leadership role, you need to know the sustainability standards in depth and show your delivery on a live, public stage.

Do I need formal project management experience to join?

No. This programme is explicitly structured for two types of people: professionals who are already coordinating tasks without an official title, and career-changers with zero project background who have a strong desire to enter the field. We do not expect you to arrive with deep methodology expertise. Our training is built to draw out your existing life and work experience once you are in the classroom, translating your natural skills into structured project management capability.

OUR METHOD

We have a zero-boredom policy. This course eliminates static, passive corporate lecturing. Instead, the day has a shape: a standard in the morning, then a team exercise the same afternoon putting it to work so you learn by doing.

Inside the Classroom: The 4-Day Visual Breakdown

Aligned with the international CSPP™ certification standard, now backed by the official global alliance between GPM and the Project Management Institute (PMI®). Your enrolment fee includes your official voucher for the external GPM certification exam, administered globally through Pearson VUE. Where this takes you

The role is real. So is the market for it.

Nobody can promise you a salary — be wary of anyone who does. What can be shown is what the Irish market pays today for the work this course certifies, from published 2026 salary guides.

Project Coordinator · Junior PM€38,000–€50,000

Where most undocumented project work sits today — supporting delivery without the title.

Project Manager€55,000–€75,000

Where certified practitioners with documented delivery apply — independent ownership of projects.

Senior Project Manager€75,000–€95,000

With a delivery record behind you — larger programmes and cross-functional teams.

Published research across the profession places certified practitioners 15–25% ahead of uncertified peers at the same experience level. And the CSPP™ is newly arrived in Ireland — founding cohort members join the early group carrying the sustainability credentials the market has begun to ask for.

You, today
Coordinator on paper. You already plan, chase and deliver — and the job screens filter you out at the first pass: no certification, no documented hours.
✓ You, certified
CSPP™ after your name. Delivery hours documented. A live project delivered through the Pro Bono Lab. Applying for project roles with proof in hand.

Salary ranges: published Irish project-management salary guides, 2026 (including Morgan McKinley). Certification premium: published profession-wide research.

Frequently Asked Questions

What qualifications or materials are used during the course?+
The course relies explicitly on official global resources, including Sustainable Project Management: The GPM Practice Guide and The GPM P5 Standard for Sustainability in Project Management. The curriculum prepares you to sit the international CSPP™ certification exam — backed by the official alliance between GPM and the Project Management Institute (PMI®).
Is this the same CSPP™ certification as the one linked to PMI?+
Yes — one credential. CSPP™ (formerly GPM-b™) sits within the PMI-GPM joint venture, and the certificate itself is issued by GPM rather than by any individual training provider. Train with Regeneration and you sit the same exam, join the same register and hold the same certification — with PMI members paying the reduced exam rate.
Is the official GPM certification exam included in the tuition fee?+
Yes. Your enrolment fee covers the cost of your official GPM certification exam voucher. The exam is an external evaluation administered globally through Pearson VUE, allowing you to book your testing slot at your convenience.
What are the specific operational details and structure of the exam day?+
The evaluation is a rigorous external assessment covering both general project lifecycles and modern sustainability architecture. The exam consists of 145 multiple-choice questions with a strict 175-minute time limit, administered in a secure testing environment globally through Pearson VUE.
How long is my exam voucher valid for, and what is the retake policy?+
Your official GPM exam voucher remains valid for a full one year (12 months) from the final day of your training cohort, allowing you to schedule your exam day around your professional commitments. To protect your investment, your enrolment includes one retake attempt within this 12-month window if you do not pass on your first attempt.
How do the pro bono project hours work?+
Following your training, you are matched with an initiative through our official launch partner, Siel Bleu Ireland. This lets you put what you have learned onto a live operational or digital plan, documenting the practical project hours required for top-tier CVs and global certifications.
What is the refund and change-of-mind policy?+
To keep the structure fair, our refund structure operates on a clear timeline:
  • Standard Windows: A full 100% refund is permitted within 14 days of your initial enrolment.
  • Late-Enrolment Security: If you enrol within 14 days of the course starting, you can still request a full refund up to 7 days before the scheduled start date. No refunds are issued within the final 7 days leading up to day one.
How technical is the course?+
It is a methodology course, not a software course. You learn how sustainable projects are planned, delivered and closed — the PRiSM approach and the P5 Standard — through live teaching, real examples and practice. If you are comfortable working with everyday office documents, you have the technical level required.
Do I need to learn new platforms or tools?+
No new software to buy or master. Sessions run in person or online, your course materials are digital, and exam practice happens in your browser. The templates you receive work in the tools you already use.
What do I need before I start?+
The non-certified route asks for a secondary school diploma or global equivalent — no project certificate and no formal experience requirement. What helps most is some experience of coordinating work, even without the title: chasing deadlines, organising people, keeping things moving. Your live project comes with the course through the Pro Bono Lab placement, so you do not need to bring one.
Can I change or reschedule my course dates?+
Yes. You are permitted to reschedule your cohort date to any open slot later in the summer, provided you submit an explicit request via email at least 48 hours prior to the start of day one.
