Refund & Cancellation Policy
Your right to change your mind, and how our deposit and refund process works.
Last updated: 8 July 20261. Your statutory right to cancel
If you’re booking as a consumer within the EU, you have a legal right to withdraw from your course booking within 14 days of enrolling, without giving a reason, under the European Union (Consumer Information, Cancellation and Other Rights) Regulations 2013.
To exercise this right, simply email info@regeneration.ie within 14 days of booking, stating that you wish to withdraw. We’ll confirm your cancellation and process any refund due within 14 days.
2. Our deposit & balance structure
Where a deposit option is offered (for example, a €147 deposit against a €947 founding cohort fee), the deposit:
- Is non-refundable outside of the statutory 14-day cooling-off period described above
- Is fully credited towards your total tuition — you never pay twice
- Secures your seat at the advertised (e.g. founding cohort) rate
The remaining balance is due ahead of your start date, as confirmed in your enrolment communications. If the balance isn’t received by the date given, we may release your seat to the waitlist.
3. Cancelling after the cooling-off period
Once the 14-day cooling-off period has passed:
- More than 14 days before your course start date: your deposit is retained, but any balance already paid beyond the deposit is refunded in full.
- Within 14 days of your course start date, or after the course has started: fees paid are non-refundable, though we’ll always try to offer a transfer to a future cohort where genuinely exceptional circumstances apply — just get in touch and we’ll see what we can do.
4. If we cancel or reschedule
Occasionally we may need to reschedule or cancel a cohort — for example, if minimum numbers aren’t met. If this happens, you’ll be offered a full refund of everything you’ve paid, or the option to transfer to the next available cohort at no extra cost.
5. Non-course purchases and enquiries
Requests submitted through our Partnership, Team Proposal or Pro Bono Lab forms don’t involve any payment at the enquiry stage, so no cancellation process is needed — simply let us know if you’d like to withdraw an enquiry.
6. How to request a refund or cancellation
Email us with your name, the course and cohort you booked, and your reason for cancelling:
This policy sits alongside our full Terms & Conditions and doesn’t affect any other statutory rights you may have as a consumer.
