Lean Six Sigma training in Ireland, online
Lean Six Sigma training for people who see waste in a process and want the method, and the credential, to remove it. Three Belts at your own pace, each with exam readiness and a Council for Six Sigma Certification exam voucher included.
Sustainability at the process level
Lean Six Sigma and sustainability: less waste, measured
Scrap, rework, overproduction, waiting and defects that consume energy twice are the forms of waste Lean Six Sigma identifies and removes. The reduction is measurable within weeks, on a production line, in a service desk or in a charity’s intake process.
Sustainable project management measures the impact of a project. Lean Six Sigma improves the process the project runs through. At Regeneration both are taught to one standard of documented proof.

Who teaches it
Who teaches the Lean Six Sigma training
The Belts are taught by Rhealyn Mugri, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and PMP, founder of Regeneration, a GPM Accredited Training Partner and CPD Approved Provider in Dublin. The curriculum is built to the Council for Six Sigma Certification’s published Body of Knowledge, and the training runs online across Ireland.
Questions about Lean Six Sigma training in Ireland
Is the training self-paced or live?
Both. The modules are self-paced and online, so you start when you apply and work at your own speed. A live online Lean Six Sigma Clinic runs once a month for learners on the Yellow and Green Belt, covering questions from the modules and exam practice. Dates are confirmed in advance and the meeting link is posted inside the course.
What does Lean Six Sigma certification cost in Ireland?
At Regeneration, the White Belt is offered at no charge, the Yellow Belt is €247 and the Green Belt is €447 with the Yellow Belt content included. Each price includes the training, the template packs, a mock examination and the Council for Six Sigma Certification exam voucher.
Is the certification recognised?
The examinations are set by the Council for Six Sigma Certification, an independent body whose certifications are used by training providers and employers internationally. Regeneration is independent of the Council; its Belts prepare you for the Council’s exams and include the voucher. Regeneration itself is a GPM Accredited Training Partner and CPD Approved Provider.
Can I gain project experience with a Belt?
Yes, at Green Belt, as an option. Through the Pro Bono Lab you can lead a process-improvement project for a non-profit partner, supervised and documented, and present it at the Project Showcase. Yellow Belt learners can join a project as team members. The Lab is optional; the Belt and the examination do not depend on it.
Do I need the Yellow Belt before the Green Belt?
No. The Green Belt includes the Yellow Belt content, so you can start there if you already run improvement work.
How is the exam taken?
Online, through the Council for Six Sigma Certification, with the voucher included in your Belt. Regeneration is independent of the Council; the Belts prepare you for its exams.
How do I enrol on the Yellow or Green Belt?
Select Apply now and choose the Belt on the application form. As soon as the application is reviewed, you receive the payment link and your course access by email. The White Belt can be started immediately from its own page.
Is this sustainability training?
Yes, at the process level. Less scrap, rework, waiting and energy lost to defects is a measurable sustainability gain, and Lean Six Sigma is the method for finding it. Sustainable project management, taught here through the CSPP™ courses, proves the impact of the project itself.
