Most people who see waste at work, the unnecessary step, the failed handover, the report redone three times, hold no recognised method for addressing it and nothing on paper that says they can. The White Belt is the first level of Lean Six Sigma, and it closes both gaps.
Six online modules, taken at your own pace, cover the language and first tools of the method. On completion you sit the Council for Six Sigma Certification White Belt examination, with the voucher included, and hold your first process improvement credential.

The people who correct faults in a process rarely hold the credential for it, and the credential is where recognition begins. The White Belt is offered without charge so that the work you already do can be recognised. You may continue to the Yellow or Green Belt when ready, or stop here with a recognised credential and a method you can apply at once.
