1. Who we are
Regeneration is a registered business name of Regeneration Sustainable Project Management Limited (Company No. 816873), registered in Ireland at 51 Bracken Road, Sandyford Business Park, Dublin 18, D18 CV48, Ireland (“Regeneration”, “we”, “us”, “our”).
We are the data controller for the personal data described in this policy. If you have any questions about how we handle your information, you can reach us at info@regeneration.ie.
2. The data we collect
We collect personal data that you give us directly, and a small amount of technical data collected automatically when you use our site.
Information you give us
- Contact details: name, email address, phone number, organisation, job title
- Course enrolment details: cohort selection, track (CSPP™ or CSPP™ RPL), dietary or accessibility requirements, payment option chosen
- Content you submit through our forms: contact enquiries, partnership and team proposal requests, forum topics and feature requests
- Correspondence: emails, calls or messages you send us
Information collected automatically
- Device and browser information, IP address, pages visited and referring pages
- Cookie and similar tracking data — see our Cookie Policy for full detail
We do not collect payment card details ourselves — these are processed directly by our payment and course-registration providers, who are independently responsible for securing that data.
3. How we use your data
- To process your course enrolment, deposit or payment, and to deliver the course you’ve registered for
- To respond to enquiries submitted via our Contact, Partnership, Team Proposal or Showcase forms
- To send you confirmation emails, joining instructions and essential course communications
- Where you’ve opted in, to send you occasional updates about new cohorts, the Pro Bono Lab or the Project Showcase
- To maintain the security, performance and analytics of our website
- To comply with our legal, tax and accounting obligations
4. Our legal basis for processing
Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), we rely on the following legal bases:
- Contract — to register you for a course and provide the service you’ve paid for
- Consent — for marketing emails and non-essential cookies, which you can withdraw at any time
- Legitimate interest — to respond to enquiries, keep our systems secure and understand how our site is used
- Legal obligation — to keep financial records as required by Irish law
5. Cookies
Our site uses cookies and similar technologies for essential functionality, analytics, and (where you consent) marketing. You can manage your preferences at any time via the cookie settings icon in the corner of the screen. Full detail is available in our Cookie Policy.
6. Who we share your data with
We share personal data only where necessary, with trusted providers who process it on our behalf:
- Brevo (Sendinblue SAS) — our email, CRM and course registration platform, used to manage enrolment forms and send confirmation and course communications
- Hosting and infrastructure providers — who store our website and its data securely
- Payment processors — to process course fees and deposits
- Professional advisors — such as our accountants, where required
We never sell your personal data, and we don’t share it with third parties for their own independent marketing purposes.
7. International transfers
Our service providers are primarily based within the EU/EEA. Where a provider processes data outside the EU/EEA, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.
8. How long we keep your data
We keep personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes described above: typically for the duration of your relationship with us plus a period afterwards to meet legal, accounting and tax requirements (generally up to 7 years for financial records). Marketing data is kept until you unsubscribe or withdraw consent.
9. Your rights
Under the GDPR, you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete data
- Ask us to erase your data, where applicable
- Restrict or object to certain processing
- Request a portable copy of your data
- Withdraw consent at any time, where processing is based on consent
- Lodge a complaint with the Irish Data Protection Commission
To exercise any of these rights, email us at info@regeneration.ie.
10. Children’s privacy
Our courses and services are intended for working professionals and are not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 16.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. The “last updated” date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised.
